Apart from his extensive experience in Lightning Protection Systems, Er. Chan’s areas of expertise include Building Services (Electrical Systems), Electrical Systems Design for Health Facilities, Institutions, Commercial, Residential, and Industrial Projects in the region. He is a certified Green Mark Professional and registered Licensed Electrical Engineer with EMA Singapore. 

Er. Chan has gained vast knowledge and experience over the past decades by working in different challenging environments both overseas and locally. He is responsible for the design and management of building development projects. He is serving as a Qualified Person (QP) for development projects and is carrying out building electrical design and auditing to meet code compliance. 

He is an Adjunct Lecturer in SUSS, SIPG and BCAA. He is a certified Trainer with the Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA).
