Introduction
A practical understanding of earthing design and the installation of earthing systems is critical for the protection of lives, properties and equipment in the buildings. This is a practical course focused on understanding the principals of earthing and bonding systems and it will enable participants to apply what they have learnt and better understand the subject matter and the design of these systems, in compliance with the relevant regulations and Codes of Practice.

Objective
The 1-day workshop aims to provide participants with an understanding of the basics of earthing and the reasons for earthing, the various earthing types, and the designs available for buildings. Participants will be able to explain and distinguish the difference between earthing and bonding. The course will also cover the statutory requirements and latest Code of Practice.
